Alicia Denise McNeil was born on January 31, 1990, to Avalon Drake McNeil Sr and Angela McNeil. She was one of 8 children.
Alicia attended the Guilford County School system and graduated from Southeast Guilford High School in 2008. In High School she participated in track and softball. Alicia recently completed a CNA program at Randolph Community College.
She loved to bake, cook, write poetry and spend time with family. She had two beautiful daughters, Khari and Kiyah, that she adored. She was a member of St John Baptist Church. She sang on the choir and ushered.
On, December 2020, she found out she had stage 3 breast cancer. She never wavered in living her life. She continued to take care of her children and doing special things with them. She still tried to get her CNA Certification. She was a fighter until the very end.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Thelma McNeil, Daniel McNeil Sr, Ethel Snipes, John Snipes, 2 Uncles, 1 aunt and a host of cousins.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Khari and Kiyah, mother, Angela McNeil; father Avalon McNeil Sr, 4 sisters, April Lambert of Dansville VA, Ashley Snipes,(Chris) of Randleman, NC, Ayshia McNeil San Diego CA, Amari McNeil Sumter SC; 3 brothers, Avalon McNeil Jr, (Alexandria) Hinesville, GA, Aaron McNeil, (Jasmine) Pleasant Garden NC, Dameion Harrell(Dysaray) Greensboro NC, 13 nieces and nephews, 5 uncles and 2 aunts and a host of cousins.
