Gracie Mae Brooks Garner

Mrs. Gracie Mae Brooks Garner was born March 25, 1928, to Henry and Ella Staley Brooks who preceded her in death. She departed this earthly life for Eternal life on November 15, 2023.

Mrs. Gracie was educated in the Randolph County School system. She was married to Otto P. Garner who preceded her in death in 1998. She was also preceded in death by two children: Sammy Brooks and Cathy Garner.

She was employed by Stout’s Furniture Company, until she retired.

She leaves to cherish her memories with her daughters, Ruby Carolyn Garner Cruse, Liberty, NC and Teresa Mae Garner, Liberty, NC, her sons, Otis L. Garner (Jennifer), Liberty, NC, Henry Garner (Brenda), Siler City, NC and Jamie L Garner, Liberty, NC; 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, one sister Rosie J. Harris, Asheboro, NC, one sister-in-law Lena Mae Brooks, Ramseur, NC, a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members that were all loved by her.
