On February 18, 2022, REV. VANN HEZEKIAH MCDONALD, SR. (also known as “Brother Mac”), of Greensboro, NC, formerly of Parkton, NC, peacefully entered into eternal rest. Husband of Thelma C. McDonald; father of Vann-Di Galloway, Steven H. McDonald, and Vann H. McDonald, Jr.; son of the late Samuel McDonald, Sr. and Naomi Henley McDonald; and brother of Nepsy Brown, Marie Bacote, Mattie McDonald, Augusta Scott, Gladys Johnson, Zoe McDonald, AG McDonald, Matthew McDonald, and Reginald McDonald. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends that will mark his passing with love.
